A benefit of being a Thompson M-TEC student is access to our invite-only M-TEC Job Fair featuring local businesses looking for employees just like you!
To further assist in your career search, M-TEC offers free resume-building workshops leading up to the job fair. In 2026, over 150 resumes were distributed at the job fair, with over 50 interviews scheduled.
Thompson M-TEC past and present students can also access our job board, which features employment opportunities aligned with our training offerings.
After some attempts, it’s safe to say I’ve been able to secure a job. The company carefully reviewed my resume and application handouts and concluded that I’d be fit for the position.
