This 36-hour class provides healthcare students with the experience of using an electronic health record and practice management system to understand the medical clinic workflow process from scheduling an appointment through payment collections and refunds.  

Students will use industry-standard software to:

• Accurately identify the patient for scheduling and registration

• Discharge the patient with the proper documentation and aftercare instructions and
• Complete patient’s medical records
