Description
Leadership Skills for Managers is a 4-topic development program targeted at new to middle managers. The program is delivered four 4-hour sessions to an intact, in-person management team, or it can be customized for general audiences.
Each workshop agenda follows an 80/20 Rule: at least 80% of the time the participants are actively involved in an activity such as a meaningful discussion, small group exercise, or self-reflection assignment.
This approach ensures that each workshop is wildly successful because participants can immediately apply what they’ve learned to individual and collective work.
All workshop sessions include a participant’s workbook/resource guide.
