Property Maintenance Technician

The Property Maintenance Technician program provides hands-on training to inspect, maintain and repair a building's systems. These skills prepare students to maintain a variety of commercial workplace settings including apartment buildings.
Repair and Maintenance Skills You Will Learn:
- Electrical Maintenance and Repair
- Appliance Maintenance and Repair
- Heating & Air Conditioning Systems Maintenance and Repair
- Plumbing Maintenance and Repair
- Interior & Exterior Maintenance and Repair
- Inside the Apartment Business - 2 hr. online
- People, Projects, and Profits - 2 hr. online
Members of the Property Management Association of West Michigan (PMAWM) receive a $50 discount off the program cost.
Certification: Optional Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician (CAMT)
CAMT (Certificate for Apartment Maintenance Technician) Certification testing is available after completion of the training. A high school diploma is recommended but not required. Must provide proof of passing a background check.

Schedule: Tuesdays and Thursdays
5:30PM to 9:30 PM
Cost: $1,779 (includes textbook and CAMT certification fee)
